"My parents air conditioner blew during a power outage. I called and asked how soon a technician could be there and within an hour they arrived. My parents received a picture via text of the technician with his name and information. This was a nice touch, very professional. Other companies tried to overcharge but this company was fair, honest and had their unit up and running within an hour. If you are looking for a family owned, honest, reliable company, look no further!!!"

Amazing company! AC Unit wasn't working and they sent a tech out immediately. The Tech Edgar found the issue in minutes and fixed it. He was friendly, professional, and very knowledgeable. Cool part of company is they send updated texts of times and a photo of the technician before he arrives. Very respectable company!
Big job! 100 year old Victorian Beach Cottage (3000+SF) retro fitted with split-system AC & Heat Pumps, 3 story house. The lead Tech, Randy Claus Parker and his crew were all that a client could ask for; focused, responsive, informative, etc. etc. The quality of the work, the attention to detail and the finished product brought our home into the 21st Century. I highly recommend Joseph H. Roberts for all your HVAC work, truly a class act and five stars all the way. From start to finish, 5 working days, the cost $ 33000.00

The team that came out did an amazing job replacing all of our duct work. We also got new boots and a UV Halo light. We shopped for a company that was trustworthy and one that was within our budget, and these guys delivered! They also cleaned up after themselves as well, which is very rare. My husband and I are beyond happy!
Called the JR team in the am and had a technician out by 2pm same day. Greg was awesome and was able to get us up and running within 30 minutes!!!! I would have never known that a battery went in our unit. Thank you for being so responsive, professional and great to work with. Recommend 100%

This was the first time using this company. I like to support family owned businesses and they had good reviews. I was told 12-4 for arrival and 12:30 was arrival time. Jeremy was professional and did a good job checking my issues. I WouId definitely use them again.

He patiently answered my questions. I was very pleased with the experience and will use Joseph H. Roberts again.
JJ was very pleasant and very helpful. He did a thorough examination of our system and diagnosed the problem. One of the items needed was not an item is carried on the truck. He explained this and will return early next week. We look forward to his return to complete the repairs.
The AC unit that covered the upstairs bedrooms would not kick on. Called JH due to their excellent customer feedback and I was not disappointed. They scheduled an appointment the next day, replaced the transformer and ordered the controller board- which was shot. Up and running within the week before a holiday. Fast, responsive, and professional service.
We had dealings with ALOT of companies, but never had exceptional service!!as JHR provides. I only take time out to write reviews on companies that take pride in their company and their employees do their job excellent as if they owned the company too. There is no runaround with JHR, nowadays that is hard to find. Go with this company, you will NOT be disappointed!!!!!!!!

Great service! The tech, Kobe, answered all my questions. The maintenance agreements have become a bit pricey over the years, like every thing else. You get what you pay for.
